Order Processing and Delivery
We try our best to process your orders as soon as possible because we know how excited you are for your Aurori gems! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will be shipped out via Australia Post. Should you require signature upon delivery please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer traceable parcel shipment to ensure the safety of your gems via Australia Post.
- Standard Domestic Delivery: 3-5 business Days ($8 flat rate)
- Express Domestic Delivery: 1-2 business Days ($12 flat rate)
We offer FREE Standard Domestic Shipping (within Australia) on orders over $60 AUD.
All international shipments are sent via Australia Post International Service.

The above transit times does not factor in delays caused by COVID-19, customs, and inaccurate or incomplete address fields. To ensure a faster transit time please provide accurate contact details.
Standard International Shipping Rate: $15 AUD
Express International Shipping Rate: $35 AUD
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to be active.
- Aurori Collective is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
- Aurori Collective is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We try our best to retrieve any lost parcels but we are not liable for 3rd party damages/loss.
- Aurori Collective is not responsible for 'Failed Delivery Attempt' and 'Returned to Sender.' It is your responsibility to track your order and to pick up your order from your local courier on time. We recommend you contact your local delivery service immediately as we do not process refunds for failure to collect your order.
Wrong Address Entered
If you have entered the wrong address for delivery please ensure to contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will endeavor to correct it prior to dispatch. Please contact us via email: email@example.com with the correct details and order number. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the address or delivery address. We recommend contacting Australia Post to see if a reroute option is available. Please ensure to check all addresses entered carefully as we are not unable to resend your parcel or issue a refund.
Customs and Charges
Customs, clearance fees, and inbound duties are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and we recommend you to refer to your local customs website. Aurori Collective is not responsible for additional charges faced by the buyer and we are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred custom fees.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns on Domestic Orders within Australia within 14 Days of Delivery and exchanges within 21 Days. All return and exchange items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings. All sales and sample items are considered as final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund. Postage will be at the buyer's expense, we recommend using trackable postage as we are not responsible for lost packages. We are happy to send replacement orders for exchanges free of charge (Domestic Only)
