What type of payments do you accept?
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package was lost or you received the package damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If the issue is not resolved with the shipment carrier, please email us with your order number at info.aurori@gmail.com and proof of the goods being lost or damaged. After evaluation, we will notify you of the approval or rejection to receive a replacement or store credit.
Shipping
INTERNATIONAL Shipping rate and time varies depending on distance
All shipments will be shipping from Sydney on normal business days (not including weekends or holidays).
*We are currently not shipping to P.O. Boxes.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You may return unworn and undamaged goods within 30 days of receiving them. Please email us your order number and tracking number at info.aurori@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of approval or rejection of your store credit. You are responsible for additional fees involved in shipping back your package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to our low quantities, we only replace defective or damaged items at the moment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
What materials are your jewelry made of?
All of our pieces are made of Gold Vermeil (sterling silver w/ a thick 18k gold plating) or Sterling Silver w/ rhodium plating.
Gently clean with a soft dry cloth after wear. Use warm soapy water or DIY your own natural cleaner with 2 parts water to 1 part baking soda! When not in use, your jewelry should be stored in your Aurori pouch to prevent scratching. Keep your jewelry dry by avoiding H2O and sweat. Also, avoid using abrasive cleaners.
*Wear frequently, your skin's natural oils will keep your Aurori pieces from oxidizing!
